- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- ¼ c. Jeff’s Garden Sliced Tamed™ Jalapeño Peppers (drained)
- 1 c. lemon juice, fresh squeezed (approx. 5 lemons)
- 2 c. water
- ¾ c. simple syrup
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat. combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add ¼ cup Jeff’s Garden Sliced Tamed™ Jalapeño Peppers (drained). Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a pitcher, mix 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (approximately 5 lemons) with 2 cups of water. Add ¾ cup of the simple syrup and stir well.
Serve over ice with a jalapeño garnish. If using vodka, pour 1 ½ ounce into each glass and top with lemonade.
